Bocas del Toro Surf
MONO LOCO SURF SCHOOL is set up to share our love and passion for surfing with others. We are proud to be the only certified surf team in Panama. Our International qualified surf teachers are ready to get you into the tropical waves and make you become a TRUE surfer. Our 5-day course is set up make you an international level I surfer. We will teach you all basics and show you how to improve your style, body position and moves. Besides learning how to surf we will explain you everything about surfing rules ocean awareness swells, breaks, surfboards (different types, fins, materials) and the surfing lifestyle (how to keep your body surf ready and fit). Have you surfed before or are you already at an intermediate level, no problem…Our coaches will train you to get better and better by working on your technique and flow. Your surf class schedule will be perfectly balanced with your Spanish school schedule.

This Spanish School in Bocas del Torowas founded in 1998 and is conveniently located on Fourth Street, right behind the MainStreet. Spanish classes are held all around the building, from upstairs on the balcony to the rancho in the garden. In their classes they apply the Communicative method – featuring Task-based learning, which means that your objective is a communicative- and not a grammar one. Grammar is used as a means to get to effective communication. We make sure classes are fun by using, role-play, music, and adding lots of cultural information, so you will stay motivated to learn with us. Upon finishing you receive a certificate stating the hours you studied and if you wish you can do an exam to establish at which level you landed. The group and private course is based on the internationally recognized CEFR framework for learning, teaching and assessment, which is also the basis of DELE-Diplomas (Spanish as a Second Language).
Habla Ya Spanish School
Groupclasses (group 4) is the most popular Spanish course offered at Habla Ya Panama Spanish Schools and is comprised of 20 hours of group Spanish lessons per week. Students have 4 hours of group Spanish classes each day either in the morning or in the afternoon. There is a maximum of 6 students per class, although the average amount of students in the classroom is usually between 3 and 4. As groups are small, students always receive the personalized attention required to learn Spanish.There may be other students who because of the way they learn, they simply need to pay more attention to a particular area and require the guidance of a private Spanish tutor. Students who have a more difficult time with their conversational or listening skills could also highly benefit from having private Spanish lessons to effectively learn Spanish. Check out the VIDEO:
